Home Guys is a real estate solutions company based out of Minneapolis founded by Jaden Ghylin and James Kolde. We’re a family-owned company, and we run our business with family values. The owners of Home Guys have bought and sold over 500 homes and have worked through just about every possible situation in real estate.

James Kolde

James Kolde

James Kolde is a seasoned construction professional, real estate investor, and business leader with more than 20 years of experience in construction management, negotiations, relationship development, and operational leadership.

A Twin Cities native, James is a co-owner and founding partner of Minnesota Home Guys, a company he helped build from the ground up into a multi-million-dollar real estate investment operation. His extensive construction background gives him a distinct advantage in property evaluation, renovation strategy, budgeting, and execution — ensuring projects are both strategically acquired and efficiently completed.

James is known for his people-first approach and excels in face-to-face relationship building. Over the years, he has developed a strong network of contractors, investors, and business professionals throughout the Twin Cities. His strengths in negotiation and creative problem-solving consistently lead to win-win outcomes, helping sellers, buyers, and partners move forward with clarity and confidence.

With deep expertise in acquisition and disposition strategies, James guides deals from the first conversation to successful exit. His steady leadership and ability to navigate complex situations have been instrumental in scaling Minnesota Home Guys into a respected and system-driven organization.

Beyond real estate, James is passionate about coaching and mentoring others. He enjoys assisting fellow business owners with strategy, problem-solving, and growth initiatives, firmly believing that strong relationships are the foundation of sustainable success.

James has been married for over 25 years and is a proud father and grandfather. He is deeply dedicated to his family and values the time they spend together — whether traveling with friends and loved ones, fishing, watching or playing hockey, or simply enjoying the outdoors. His commitment to faith, family, and community shapes both his personal life and his leadership philosophy.

Jen Kolde

Jen Kolde

Jen Kolde is the Vice President of Operations & Franchising at Home Guys USA, a multi-million-dollar real estate investment company that helps homeowners find solutions and investors build opportunity through real estate.

With more than 20 years in business operations, Jen has been instrumental in building the company’s operational infrastructure from the ground up. She leads compliance, franchising systems, and daily operations, ensuring the business runs efficiently while continuing to scale nationally.

Jen is known for her ability to translate complex business operations into clear, repeatable systems that empower teams and franchise partners to succeed. Her leadership blends operational excellence with a strong people-first mindset, helping entrepreneurs build businesses that are both profitable and sustainable.

Through her work, Jen is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs, creating scalable systems, and helping businesses grow with clarity, consistency, and integrity.

Brady Sindelir

Brady Sindelir

Brady Sindelir is a Wisconsin entrepreneur, media creator, and content strategist, known for his work with Home Guys USA.

At Home Guys Usa, Brady contributes to the company’s growth and client experience through creative and strategic support, helping strengthen the brand’s presence and build trust with homeowners.

He is also the founder of Sindelir Media, where he has gained experience working with businesses across a variety of industries.

With an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, Brady brings a modern, media-driven perspective to real estate, focused on building credibility, connection, and long-term impact.

Jaden Ghylin

Jaden Ghylin

Jaden Ghylin is a real estate entrepreneur, investor, and executive leader with over two decades of experience building, scaling, and turning around businesses across multiple industries.

After purchasing his first investment property in 2005, Jaden went on to build a diversified real estate portfolio and a vertically integrated real estate operation that includes acquisitions, renovations, brokerage, and private equity partnerships. Over the past 15+ years, he has executed more than $50 million in real estate transactions, raised millions in private capital, and built a multi-million-dollar net worth through disciplined investing and operational excellence.

As co-founder of Minnesota Home Guys, Jaden has helped grow a real estate solutions company rooted in integrity, transparency, and service-first values. Under his leadership, the company has completed hundreds of transactions and expanded into a franchise model designed to equip other entrepreneurs with proven systems, operational structure, and scalable growth strategies.

In addition to single-family real estate, Jaden has successfully repositioned distressed hospitality assets—generating 3x equity multiples and 30%+ annual returns—demonstrating his ability to identify opportunity, execute strategy, and create long-term value.

Jaden holds an MBA with honors and a degree in electrical engineering, bringing both analytical precision and entrepreneurial vision to every venture. Above all, he is a dedicated husband and father whose faith and values shape his leadership philosophy. He is passionate about helping others build wealth, create freedom, and make a meaningful impact through real estate.

Maria Chavez

Maria Chavez

Maria Chavez leads marketing initiatives at Home Guys USA, supporting brand growth across multiple markets and helping franchise partners build strong, consistent local visibility.

She oversees digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, property promotion, and content development, ensuring messaging, design, and branding remain aligned across regions. Maria works closely with franchise partners to guide marketing execution, maintain brand consistency, and implement strategies that support long-term growth in their local markets.

Through structured marketing systems and clear communication, Maria helps streamline processes, strengthen brand identity, and support entrepreneurs as they establish and grow their real estate businesses. She is passionate about creating scalable marketing frameworks that drive engagement, improve consistency, and position brands for continued expansion.

Dee Alatiit

Dee Alatiit

Dee is an Executive Assistant at MNHG, supporting the Vice President of Operations & Franchising. Based in the Philippines, she brings over 10 years of experience in executive support, virtual assistance, and real estate transaction coordination.

Known for her detail-oriented and process-driven approach, Dee helps streamline operations, coordinate transactions, and ensure smooth communication across teams and clients. Her background in psychology and operations allows her to balance efficiency with a people-first mindset.

Outside of work, Dee is a proud single parent who enjoys spending time with her teenage son, watching movies, trying new restaurants, and taking neighborhood walks.
